Egg, Bacon and Cheddar Breakfast Sammie

This little delicious breakfast sandwich starts with all of the the low carb foods that I love. Bacon, Cheese, and Eggs.  It rivals any breakfast that I can purchase at a fast food restaurant.  Minus the carbs, of course.  But you'll have to put a little effort into making the biscuits.  But just a little as they are pretty darn easy to make. I will often make a double batch and put them in the freezer so they'll be ready anytime that I want them.  They are also yummy as a side dish with Steak, Chicken, or even my low carb meatballs
