Simple Low Carb Chocolate Fondue

 Every keto gal needs one of those sweet chocolaty recipes in her recipe arsenal that is so quick to pull together that it takes very little effort. Especially, after the busy holiday season. Hmmmm, I might actually still have a couple of boxes of Christmas ornaments that need to be organized and put away. Oh my! No kidding!

It's hard to believe that we are already a month into the new year and before we know it Valentine's day will be here. With little time and energy to spare I've put together one of the easiest low carb, no sugar added, chocolate fondues that you'll find. That special someone will be impressed with your efforts, but they don't have to know that it only took minutes to make it happen.

 To keep this fondue easy I've made it with a premade no sugar added chocolate syrup from ChocZero and a bit of organic heavy cream. And placed it in an adorably small fondue pot by Swissmar.  You can add any low carb food items that you like.  A few suggestions are:



Simple Low Carb Chocolate Fondue

A simple and quick no sugar added low carb chocolate fondue for Valentine's Day

ingredients:

  • 1 12 oz bottle of Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup (I used ChocZero Brand)
  • 2 TBLS Organic Heavy Cream

instructions:

How to cook Simple Low Carb Chocolate Fondue

  1. Pour the chocolate syrup and heavy cream into a small saucepan and heat on low while slowly stirring.
  2. Pour into small fondue pot and light.
  3. Serve with your choice of keto/low carb fondue dipping items of choice.

NOTES:

The nutritional information I have provided is for the fondue only. The ChocZero syrup that I used is sweetened with Monk Fruit. It is keto friendly and has no sugar alcohols or preservatives.
